There has never been a better time to be kinder, more mindful and compassionate towards ourselves and others. With the new realities that we are facing during the current Pandemic, we need the tools to manage our stress, our health and especially our emotions.
It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light
I am a Health and Wellness Coach and a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner who specializes in Stress Management, Dietary and Lifestyle Recommendations, as well as a Heart Based Meditation Instructor. I also lead Guided Relaxation Exercises in private and group settings.
After helping people of all ages and backgrounds for over a decade, I have decided to dedicate myself to what is currently going on in our world.
I hope to share some of my tools and techniques with people who need the support right now.
